Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where our team will warmly welcome you. You’ll be transferred to your lodge in Arusha for a briefing about the climb. Spend the evening relaxing and preparing for the adventure ahead.
After breakfast, drive to Momella Gate in Arusha National Park. Begin your trek through montane forests, encountering wildlife such as giraffes and buffalo along the way. Arrive at Miriakamba Hut (2,514 meters) for dinner and an overnight stay.
Trek from Miriakamba Hut to Saddle Hut (3,570 meters) via a scenic path that offers panoramic views. Pass through lush vegetation and stop at Mgongo wa Tembo viewpoint to enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Arrive at Saddle Hut for dinner and a short rest before your summit attempt.
Begin your ascent to Mount Meru’s summit (4,562 meters) in the early morning hours. Reach the top just in time for sunrise, where you’ll be rewarded with spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro and the surrounding landscape. Descend back to Momella Gate, where you’ll be transferred to Arusha.
